Tiddly Inks - Paint!

Good Tiddly Tuesday Everyone!  Thanks for joining me and popping in for this week's Tiddly Inks Challenge - Paint!  Use paint anywhere in your creation.  This week I've used Annie's Art.  I colored her with Copics and paper pieced her apron and hat with dry and heat embossed cardstock.  I then stitched my circle onto coordinating background papers from G45. 

I used a large background paint splatter stamp from Smeared Ink, white paint and white heat embossing powder to create my background over top of the polka dotted paper, also G45. 

The felt flowers are cut from craft store felt using an MFT Die.  I added a bit of pearly bling, that I hand colored, into the center of each flower.  I used my Copics and color coordinated my white pearls to match the felt perfectly.
