Simply Betty Stamps - On The Eighth Day Of Christmas...

 Now... many of us wait until the 25th for Santa Clause to come to town... but today SANDY CLAWS is coming instead! Or well he has actually arrived! All you have to do is create your version of Sandy Claws on your projects! This fabulous image above was created by our own SUPERBLY talented Miss Darling Cheri!!  Can you stand it??  I had SO much fun playing with this digi!!!

I started with a shimmery, light green heavyweight card stock.  I chose my complimentary DP and then set to coloring my image.  I colored with my Copics and Prismacolor markers.  I then outlined him to make him pop, distressed all around him with Brilliance Gold and Tim Holtz Tea Dye inks.  I coated his beard, hat, and cuffs with my quickie glue pen and coated him with Martha Stewart crystally, clear glitter. 

Sandy Claws' bag is stamped with a sentiment 'here's the deal' from Smeared Ink.  The adorning tag is stamped with the sentiment 'just bee you' from PTI's Honey Bee Sentiments.  As you can see I also distressed the tag and added twine to the top.  The tag can be popped out and actually used...which is nice and the small scrap of chocolate brown ribbon just made the card.
