My darling husband is a LUCKY man!! Because THIS is the card that he received on Valentine's Day!!! Isn't she GORGEOUS!??!?!?
Of course she is...she's a BOMBSHELL BEAUTY - Butterfly Queen!! I'm completely in love with this entire stamp line!!
I chose a palette of browns, ivory, black, gold with one single pop of RED for the fabulous day celebrating St. Valentine!!! 
I colored my image with my Copics, sparkly Sakura Gel pen, and my Quickie Glue pen to add the chocolate brown Doodlebug Brand Sparkles.
Her wings were stamped in Brilliance White Craft Ink, covered with clear embossing powder, then covered in SU! silver embossing tinsel and heat set. 
I then trimmed the wings out, dipped the bottoms in Mod Podge and then in gold glitter. I wanted them to literally jump off of the card.
I ran a stitch of zig zag around the perimeter of the Hambly birdcage paper for a bit of subtle added dimension but I wanted nothing to distract from the main image.
I had so much fun making this card as the Bombshell stamps are just so fun and easy to work with!!!I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Valentine's Day!!

The birdcages and brown stitching on the card are such a lovely compliment to the Butterfly Queen image.
