I challenge you!!!!

Hey Y'all =) Welcome to another Verona Challenge Saturday!!! It's cold here in the Northeast so I'm bundled up in a wrap around, belted sweatshirt, comfy yoga pants and my Ugg boots. It's amazing that it's so early in October and it's something like 40 degrees out!!
But I digress...I'm also, probably due to the weather feeling a bit serene tonight. I've been crafting myself silly this week...and LOVING every minute of it but sometimes there are those occasions where I find myself just wanting to do something simple. If you know any of my work you know that 'simple' usually isn't an adjective to describe it but tonight...it is.
I inked up Lorali - my girl =) on ivory cardstock with brown chalk ink and set to my scrap drawer to find something quiet to add to her. I used a slice of last years winter paper from SU!. Sensing the cold in the air I figured it was appropriate. I colored her with my Copics and fine art pencils. I did sparkle her up a bit with my Sakura gel pen and added a gorgeous embellished paperclip that I've been waiting to use for the LONGEST time!! It was THE finishing touch that Lorali needed.

So...your challenge this week is to create something that calms you...that makes you reflect...or feel serene.
